Who we are

LCKD Agency ("LCKD", "we") installs and manages AI communication infrastructure for local businesses. We operate from Tampa Bay, Florida. Contact: lock@lckdai.com.

What we collect

• Scorecard requests: company name, website or city, and the mobile number you provide, used only to build and deliver your scorecard and follow up about it.
• Live demo calls: the on-page demo call connects your microphone to our agent. Demo calls are not used to build marketing profiles.
• Analytics: aggregate, cookie-free page analytics (page views, referrers, general device info). No cross-site tracking.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for, respond to you, and improve this site. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate (hosting, voice infrastructure), under their own privacy obligations.

Texting and calls

If you give us your number, we contact you about your request. Reply STOP to any text and we stop. Your number goes on our internal suppression list. We honor quiet hours and applicable telemarketing rules (TCPA).

Retention and your rights

We keep request data only as long as needed for the purpose above. Email lock@lckdai.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
