About

I’m Lock. I build and run LCKD.

I’m building LCKD as an AI-native studio/operator system. The short version: I’d rather design operators that do the work than do the work myself — and keep the founder judgment that decides what’s worth doing at all.

What LCKD is

LCKD turns ideas into operations and makes those operations run themselves. lckdai.com is the client-facing product surface. Cortex is the private command layer I actually operate from — mission boards, agent control, and the proof surfaces that keep autonomous work honest.

Why this log exists

Most of what makes a company like this work is invisible: the decisions, the systems, the things that broke and got rebuilt. This is where I make that legible — founder canon in the open, without exposing private ops or anyone’s results but my own.

How to read it

These are field notes, not essays — written as the work happens. They run in lanes: Founder Thinking, AI Operator Systems, and Proof Notes. The /now page is the current focus; /work is what’s actually running.
